Winnie & Walter | One Layer Speech Bubble Cards

Hello there! I am excited to be guesting on Winnie & Walter blog today – I’m sharing absolutely simple one layer stamped speech bubble cards.

CARD DETAILS

I used only a handful of ink colors to create these projects. I went with Cotton Candy, Fresh Peach and Soft Apricot colors from Hero Arts to stamp large and small speech bubbles. I love that these aren’t entirely solid images, there’s a bit of detail to them – they look like they are sketches and thus the inside of the bubble isn’t completely filled in, very cool look.

The main sentiment was stamped in black ink and that made it pop. I also added additional subliminal messages using Soft Granite ink and I stamped those overlapping the bubbles.

Lastly, I added my favorite clear droplets in small and medium size to spice this design up. You can skip adding those if you prefer to have an absolutely flat card.
