Hello friends, I’m back to share some cardmaking inspiration with you. I have been sick for the past few days and I have a lot of things happening in my personal life (I’m not ready to talk about that), but cardmaking has always been my safe haven. A new month means new Club products from Spellbinders (note Spellbinders Clubs are now available in the UK) and I wanted to pop in and share some of my favorites for November with you.

EMBOSSING FOLDER OF THE MONTH
I love a good embossing folder design and this one fits the bill perfectly. I love the simplicity and elegance of this one. I paired it with the new Brushed Black cardstock (do get it, it is amazing! it’s like black cardstock but so much better) and added a large foiled sentiment to create a simple card full of drama.

SMALL DIE OF THE MONTH
My next favorite this month is the Small Die of the Month. It reminds me of Ukrainian national embroidery. If you look at the “vyshyvanka” (Ukrainian national costume shirt) you can see many similar flowers. The embroidery is different for every region of Ukraine and these flowers are most typical for Eastern Ukraine:
Red, black, and green (above) are the most typical colors one would spot on a Ukrainian vyshyvanka. Here are some close-up photos of this card:
Byt black and blue are also very common, and look stunning if you ask me:
