Spellbinders | My Favorite January 2024 Clubs

Hello all! I can’t believe it is already 2024! My November and December have been filled with many travels (first a trip to Birmingham, England in November for a craft show, a weekend trip to Vienna, Austria at the beginning of December, and finally a Christmas trip with my Mom to Naples, Italy). Thus I was kept away from my craft room and didn’t create as much as I wanted.

I did do a lot of gift wrapping towards the end of December and I had a blast using my crafty supplies to wrap gifts prettily (I did share some of that in this video). I’m now back home for 3 weeks before my next trip to Frankfurt, Germany for a trade show. I’ve missed my craft room, to be honest! I am in bed as I have a bit of a cold as I am writing this blog post, but hopefully, I’ll be back to myself soon. Anyhow, today I wanted to share my favorite  Spellbinders Clubs for January 2024!

SMALL DIE

The Small Die of the month for January 2024 features a beautiful floral with birds. I didn’t use birds for my card, as I wanted to take a different route with this project and create a full floral background, but you can have the two birds sit pretty inside one of the flowers. And the name of this set, by the way, is “Sitting Pretty”.

LARGE DIE

The Large Die of the Month for January 2024 features a giant honey pot! This die set is simply adorable and, if you get the Deluxe Caboodle, you’ll also receive a free bonus Honey Dipper die that goes so well with the honey jar.

STITCHING DIE OF THE MONTH

The Stitching Die of the Month for January 2024 features a giant stitchable bee. It looks beautiful both stitched and non-stitched.

3D EMBOSSING FOLDER

The 3D Embossing Folder for January 2024 is a stunner! Full of beautiful flowers and leaves it is one gorgeous folder. I tried using it with the Spellbinders Watercolor paper and watercolor it with Karin Brush Markers (I still need to practice this technique).

And for another card, I embossed it on Pink Sand cardstock and added white pigment ink over it to highlight the design. I also added gold die-cut paper twine and topped it with a January 2024 Wax Seal.

GLIMMER HOT FOIL KIT AND STENCIL

The Glimmer Hot Foil Kit and the Stencil Kits also made my list of favorites this month. They coordinate, but can also be used alone. The Gimmer kit foils a large flower outline and the Stencil kit can be used to color it.
