Hello friends! CARD DETAILS
I used the Tropical Blooms stencil, it coordinates with the Glimmer Hot Foil Kt of the Month for May 2024. I did simple solid ink blending using 2 shades of pink – Peony and Rose. Next, I created a mask and ink blended the background using Pearfection, Tropic, and Aegean inks.
Next, I trimmed the background to 3 3/4 x 5″ and added splatter using Spellbinders Splatter White – I used a medium-sized water brush, I love this effect.
I also foiled a sentiment – Kindly Deliver to my Favorite Human using an older Glimmer Hot Foil set from the Parcel and Post collection. I cut it out using the coordinating dies, and foam mounted onto the card.

LOVE THE COLORS
Gorgeous and looks very “you”! How did you create your mask in order to complete the background? It’s probably in the video; I’ll watch soon. One thing I’ve done in the past is trace the large area of the stencil on to masking paper, cut it out and place it over the image. Just wondering if there is a better way. Thank you so much for the inspiration– today and always.
