Hello, friends! Today I have several cards to share created with the Spellbinders December 2019 Card Kit Add On products. I rarely use patterned papers, stickers and pre-made die cuts for my handmade cards as I prefer to stamp and die-cut everything, but it was rather fun to play with other supplies the other day and make these handmade projects.

CARD DETAILS
My first card “You Make Me So Happy” features a bold flower die-cut and lots of layering. First, I cut patterned paper to 4 x 5 1/4″, I added a gold mirror paper mat and adhered it to A2 white card base.
Using foam adhesive I added a big flower onto the card, next added several leaves. I did some simple stamping in black and layered additional pieces – a die-cut ticket, letter as well as some sentiment stickers.
This card is my favorite of the 3 I’m sharing today. The sticker book comes with a sheet of gorgeous letters and I used mine to spell “Thank You”. First, I covered the A2 white card base with patterned paper. Next, I created a white cardstock panel with a diagonal cut at the bottom. I added a strip of gold mirror cardstock for interest.
I spelled “Thank You” using the letter stickers, added a flower and leaf die cuts, and embellished the card using additional stickers and die cuts. This card ended up looking very Clean & Simple – exactly how I love my cards to look!
The last card for today started with a beautiful sentiment sticker. The sentiment reads “Life wildflowers you must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would”. I adhered the sticker to white cardstock to make it sturdier and added a strip of gold mirror cardstock at the bottom. I overlapped a wildflower wreath die cut with the sticker and foam mounted both onto patterned paper matted with same gold mirror cardstock.
Of course, I added some additional die-cuts – a butterfly, some leaves, a letter, and an envelope and adhered several round stickers.
Do you enjoy creating cards using stickers, patterned papers, and pre-made die cuts? Or are you like me and would rather make everything yourself using stamps and dies? Let’s chat in the comments below!
