Happy Monday, friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. My Saturday was busy around the house – we have a closet remodel planned for the near future and needed to take boxes with old stuff out. We decluttered so much and yet there’s still tons to get rid of. And Sunday, thankfully, was all to myself – I spent quality time in my craft room stamping and coloring. Here’s one of the cards I made – Wrapping Christmas Cheer using Simon Says Stamp Gift Wrap stamps.

CARD DETAILS
The Gift Wrap stamp set is right up my alley! Modern, trendy, customizable, and easy to use. If you skip the holiday imagery, you could also use this set for Birthday cards – replace the poinsettias with other flowers and add a pretty stamped bow and you have a birthday gift image.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stamp gifts in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Simon’s 120 LB cardstock.
- Color images with Copic markers: R22, R24, R27, YG01, YG03, YG17, G21, G94, G99. Stamp pine needles in Green Leaf.
- Cut images out using coordinating dies. Embellish each gift with holiday imagery.
- Adhere a panel of Midnight Green (or another dark color cardstock, dark blue also looks amazing, dark red would also work here) onto an A2 white top folding card base. Foam mount gifts slightly at an angle.
- Heat emboss the sentiment in Antique Gold embossing powder onto the same color cardstock as the background and cut out using a skinny strip die. Foam mount onto the card.
- Embellish with Silver gems from Spellbinders.
