Simon Says Stamp | Wishing You A Happy Christmas

Hello, friends! I have one more Christmas card to share using the stamp set included in Simon’s latest card kit – Gnome For The Holidays. Check out other projects I shared using this kit HERE and HERE.

CARD DETAILS

I started to work on this card by heat embossing “Wishing You A Very Merry Christmas” sentiment in Antique Gold embossing powder on Audrey Blue cardstock. I love the open design of the word “Christmas”. Once it was embossed I colored it white using my Sakura White pen.

Next, I heat embossed snowflakes in White Detail embossing powder framing the sentiment. I also added ink blending using Audrey Blue ink from Simon and Navy ink from Hero Arts. I love to darken the edges of my cards – this creates a glowing illusion in the center.

Next, I sprayed the panel using Hero Arts White Shimmer Spray and added additional snow dots using a white pen in between the snowflakes. Lastly, I embellished the card using sequins from the Star Spangled set.
