Hello and thank you for stopping by! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp to celebrate the launch of their And Back Again release. I have 2 Clean & Simple cards to share featuring just a bit of ink blending and a touch of stamping.

CARD DETAILS
I started by ink blending the hearts using the Heart Mask Stencils on Neenah Solar White cardstock with 3 colors of ink for each card – Seafoam, Surf, Ocean for the blue card, and Bubblegum, Sweets, Taffy.
I trimmed the ink blended panels 3 1/3 x 4 3/4″. Next, I did some simple stamping in black ink – I stamped sentiments from the Love Greetings Mix set in Versafine Onyx Black ink and added sub sentiments created from Simon’s pre-printed sentiment strips.
I foam mounted these panels onto A2 card bases, to add interest I covered part of the card base front with colored cardstock cut diagonally. I also added tiny die-cut hearts cut from Mirror Gold paper – I love the little gold touch they provide. Lastly, I embellished my cards with silver gems.

Oh my gosh! That red cardstock embossed is so stunning!
Love those beautiful ombre heart cards! So pretty. The embossed red card looks great too. Thanks for the great inspiration. Stay safe! 🙂
Great color takes. Will watch the videos for tips on the embossing.
This may seem really minor, but I am fascinated by your placement of the little silver embellishments. So much energy in such a little detail. Mine always look kind of plodding. But I keep trying!
Awesome cards!
So so creative and such a fantastic idea. Thank you for inspiring us and teaching us. What a great release by Simon.
Wow. That red dry embossed image is all you need for a card front!
Howdy Yana, SSS inks are great. Your blending in these creations turned out marvelously.
The hearts look like they are actually beating! Such a great design! Thanks for sharing!
Love the receding hearts. Great idea.

Clean and simple Yana. The cards look awesome.
Love these cards and the video on using embossing folders. I was surprised with how much water you could use. The results were stunning!
Thanks for the tip about using water before embossing. It really does help to deepen the impression.
Such cute and adorable cards. Love the ombre idea! Thanks for sharing Yana – I always love to see what you create.
That embossed background is gorgeous. And thank you for that comparison display. Great tip.
I always admire your colorful designs.
I love the design of your red card, simple and so elegant!
I like the layered hearts, I always like ombre and similar effects. The red card is great, reminds me I need to use my embossing folders more
Love the colors you chose for the heart cards!
The Red embossing is stunning!
Thanks for sharing your talent.
Beautiful cards, simple but eye catching!! I loved the red embossed card!
Thanks for nudging us over to the side — there’s no reason to always start in the middle of the front. So much more interesting to have the hearts offset to one side. And that embossing folder is FAB!
Your cards are beautiful and deceptively simple!
Very sweet cards. I love the bright colors.
You never disappoint! I love both of these cards so much. That diagonal line through the card base is such a great design idea. Also saw your embossing folder video yesterday . . . I won’t be so afraid to use water on my paper anymore. Thanks for all the great tips and the beautiful inspiration!
Great and simple cards. Thanks for sharing. I ove your videos
Very pretty. I love the blue.
These are all beautiful cards! I really like the dry embossing on the red card stock.
Love these designs! The red is sublime!
Beautiful cards, Yana. Enjoyed the 3D embossing video to.
Beautiful in both colour options! And yes, I also wet my cardstock a bit prior to embossing – totally agree with your tip! It works 100% 🙂
The red embossed card is so rich and elegant!
