Simon Says Stamp | Kindred Spirits

Hello! Today I am sharing a card with the Simon Says Stamp Kindred Spirits stamp set. It is a perfect set for sweet friendship cards.

CARD DETAILS

I stamped the image of the girls in Simon’s Intense Black ink and colored it with my Copic markers. I envisioned myself and my best friend here and so I colored these girls in the same way. To create the dresses I stamped the same image onto patterned paper, this provided a lovely pattern imitating fabric. I simply fussy cut the dresses and adhered them onto the colored images. The girls were cut out using coordinating dies.

To set the scene for the girls I used a dot technique and dotted grass and sky using YG01, YG03, and B000 Copic markers. I stamped the sentiment below and foam mounted the trimmed panel to an A2 card base covered with light blue cardstock.

A very simple but very sweet card for a friend. Have fun stamping!
