CARD DETAILS
I started to work on my card by dry embossing the stencil into a panel of Fog cardstock using my die cutting machine and embossing sandwich. Watch THIS video tutorial for the how-to.
Next, I ink blended white pigment ink over the design, I used a light hand and applied a bit of ink onto the panel. Once the white ink was applied I used colored ink and added color to this design. I used Lemon Zing and Sunshine for the yellow flower, Jellybean and Green Apple for the leaves and Hollyhock for the pink flowers.
I trimmed my panel to 3 3/4 x 5″ and foam mounted onto A2 white card base. Next, I stamped a sentiment in black ink from the new A Moma’s Love stamp set and cut it out using a coordinating die. I also die-cut additional layers from plain white cardstock, stacked them together using glue and used to create dimension for this sentiment.
I adhered the sentiment in the center of the panel. Next, I added splatter using Hero Arts white shimmer spray and embellished the card using sequins and Nuvo Drops in Ivory Seashell.

Great design which can be used for many different types of cards—birthday, get well, thinking of you. Several could be made ahead of time and just add the sentiment at the last minute.
