Hello friends! Its been a busy weekend for me, we were celebrating Easter here in Ukraine (its always celebrated later than in the rest of the world). I got to spend a lot of time with my Mom, I’m trying to teach her faster typing on the computer and I’ve set up an account for her on one of the typing websites and she seems to be enjoying that and enjoying learning.

Anyhow, I have a new card to share – once again with lots of watercolor. I did some very basic loose watercoloring for this project. First I stamped a number of flowers and leaves from the Wild Beauty and Sketch Ranunculus stamps designed by Yoonsun Hur.
This is an almost one layer project aside from the silver glitter stripe at the bottom. I first stamped the Hello Beautiful sentiment using Simon’s Intense Black Ink, its waterproof (like other Simon’s dye inks) so it works well for watercoloring. Next I stamped a number of flowers and leaves from both Wild Beauty and Sketch Ranunculus stamp sets and added a lot of tiny circles in between the images to fill in the blanks.
I used my Gansai Tambi watercolors to loosely color these, I also added a bit of shimmer using Wink Of Stela glitter pen (I have refilled mine twice already, so it doesn’t give as much shimmer as it did at first) and I also adhered several sparkly sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
