CARD DETAILS
I created a very simple, yet fun and interactive card – the entire front panel is attached using a wobble spring and wobbles freely creating a WOW factor (similar to what I shared in my post here – a wobbler Birthday Card).
I stamped several images from the Fun In The Rain add-on stamp set in Hero Arts Intense Black ink onto white paper. I used Copic markers and did some very quick coloring (as always, I went with my go-to Copic color combos), I’m listing specific colors at the end of this post.
I cut images out using coordinating dies and my Platinum 6 die cutting machine and foam mounted them onto a Fog cardstock panel cut to about 3 3/4 ” square. I also stamped a sentiment directly onto the panel and it reads “You Brighten Up My Day” and added several water drops around the piggy playing the puddle.
Since this card is a full front panel wobbler I wanted to mention a little trick I employed to help stabilize the panel and keep it flat (sometimes it tends to lean to one side and make your card look weird). I added triple layer of foam adhesive as shown in the photo, but I did not adhere it down onto the card (it is only adhered onto the top panel). So foam adhesive works just a cushion preventing front panel from leaning to the side. Since it is not adhered on one side it allows the panel to wobble freely.
