Hello, friends! I made this card nearly a year ago (I filmed a video for it, too, but I could never find the time to edit it), and I kept putting sharing of this project off. Better now, than never, right?
I love this simple project – it uses supplies in a different, non-intended way. I used a beautiful bakery window die from Tina Smith’s Sweet Street collection with Spellbinders and turned it into a flower shop!

CARD DETAILS
I did a bit of altering of the window die cut – I wanted it to fit flowers instead of cupcakes and cakes. I used the cupcake topper dies from this die set and turned them upside down to look like vases for my flowers.
The flower dies came from 2 different sets, my favorite this year, the Mini Blooms & Sprigs and Simply Perfect Layered Blooms. I used the bigger flowers to decorate the “wall” behind the window.
I added a bit of foiling to this project – I foiled a double line rectangle using a Duo Line plate. The sentiment was also foiled and it reads “forever grateful“. I added lots of jewels to this card – these are Sea Glass jewels from Pretty Pink Posh and I used them both for flower centers and just to scatter around the card.

Such a great idea and an amazing card. These tiny flowers were a labor of love. The awning really makes a pretty presentation. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Glad you like it, Patricia. Yes, it did take some time to make them, but I do love this kind of activity, it helps me to relax. Hugs!
