CARD DETAILS
While the stamp set I used to create this project is a layering one, meaning it offers several layers to “dress up” and image I only used one, base layer for my stamping. And I have to say – I love the result! I stamped a simple background using a solid butterfly layer.
To add color variation to my images I used Hero Arts ombre inks in Butter to Orange, Pink to Red and Mint to Green inks. Because of how the stamp is designed I was able to achieve watercolor-like look with single impression. I did not double stamp these.
My sentiment, you bring out the beauty in everything, was heat embossed in white embossing powder onto black cardstock sprayed with Mica from Ranger. I also used Nuvo Drops and added liquid enamel dots over butterflies for additional pop of color and some interest.
