Hello crafters! Today’s video is brought to you by Colorado Craft Company and no, you are not seeing double! I did share their January 2021 release in early January, the one featuring Anita Jeram’s illustrations, and today I have another video to share featuring the brand new Big & Bold release!

VIDEO TUTORIAL
For this video, I decided I’d make slimline cards. These florals are so large, it is only fitting they are used on bigger card size. I started working on all my cards by stamping the images in alcohol marker friendly ink onto Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock. I used my MISTI stamping tool for stamping. I knew I’d be coloring these with my Copic markers, so I stamped images in Memento Tuxedo Black, and similarly to my Anita Jeram cards, I re-stamped the outlines, once images were colored, with VersaFine Onyx Black ink to have true black outlines.

When you work with images this large – they are a treat to color. There’s room for experimentation. There’s room to really take your time and enjoy the process. There’s room to try out new techniques or coloring mediums. I was in the mood for alcohol marker coloring, so I used some of my go-to colors and simple coloring techniques to bring these florals to life.

I’m a newbie to it all. Trying to get the hang of it using copic markers. Thank you for explaining it so well, your coloring is so good you can almost smell the flowers I’ve been intimidated by floral stamps, but may have to give it a try.
Love this company Colorado the big and is exactly what you need with bigger cards. Love both of your cards you give me colors combination that I use on my cards thanks for all you do
I just started coloring and have only water colored a couple of times, but I’ve been buying Spectrum Noir alcohol inks to try this technique as well.
Your cards are always amazing and I always learn so much. Thank you!
These are some really neat card’s and stamps, my favorite way to color is with markers
Hi, Yana! Sending you lots of smiles from Romania 🙂 I like your elegant card making style. I have been making cards for the last 3 years or so, great hobby to have! Although I still have a lot to learn, I do love colouring with coloured pencils, alcohol markers and watercolours… Cannot decide which one I like best, they are all very therapeutic :):):)
Hi I love your video. Hoping to get in on the give away. Have a lovely afternoon.
Hi, my favorite card size, is what every one is calling slimline!. Thank you for your time and talent .
Lovely cards. I almost always make A2 cards but I have started trying slimline on occasion. Thanks
I love this lilac stamp and would love to color with my copics. Your cards are amazing!!
I enjoy everything you do, learned so many techniques and ideas, thanks!
I usually do A2 size cards but I’m starting to make other sizes too.
Yana, you’re colouring breathes life into these images, elevating them from pretty to absolutely stunning! I’m continuing to hone my skills with copics….practice, practice and practice! Some day, I hope to have talents like yours! As always, you’re an amazing inspiration!

I think my favorite way to color is with Copics, but I am determined to work more with watercolors this year!
Yana, these cards are so pretty! I love using my copic markers to color with!
I love your sweet Spring coloring on these stamp sets! My favorite card size is 5 x 7″, but I have been doing some scene s with slimline size recently. They are fun to do! Colorado Craft nails it every time!
I LOVE these stamps and can’t begin to choose my favorite! I prefer to use Copics, but I really want to get more comfortable with pencils and watercoloring
Love the large dogwood and magnolia stamps and the cards you created using them!
Your cards are absolutely beautiful, Yana! I love these Big & Bold stamps, as I usually make 5×7 or larger cards. I haven’t made any slimline cards yet! I love to color with colored pencils & alcohol markers, but watercoloring is my favorite. I love the ‘flowy’ look, & also that they (usually) don’t smell bad & are easy to clean!
I like the vertical slimline card probably because you never see it! I like the second stamping as well.
Colorado Craft Company is one of my favorite stamp companies, I love how big their stamps are. I wish I had some of their stamps. Also I make almost all of my cards U.S. A2 size. I want to try out the slimline cards but haven’t yet.
Love these big and bold florals and your cards are stunning! Slimline and 5×7 are my favorites.
Beautiful Yama! I like COPIC coloring the best!
Sorry auto correct! Yana!
I use several mediums to color but markers are my favorite. Thanks so much for all the inspiration.
Yana – Your cards are always stunning and provide inspiration. Wish I could color like you do. Love these cards from the Colorado Craft Company products!
Oh my gosh, the lilac stamp is beautiful – it is one of my most favorite flowers.
Love all the floral stamps and dies. Hard to determine which one I like best! I use copics mostly but also like watercolors and pencils.
I love the way you do the water Mark flowers in the back ground. It does give it such a classic look with a lot of depth. I am still new to this and love getting ideas. You alway have such beautiful cards.
Dear Yana and CCC – These are such beautiful stamps! I love dogwood and lilac, especially. I am just starting to build my collection of Copic markers. I bought about 20 more today. I love Prismacolor pencils and I also like Tombow markers. I have watercolors but I am not good at those. Still learning. Yana, you bring so much to your viewers: do you know that? You give us moments of escape during this dreary time when we can’t hug, can’t be out and about, can’t have dinner in restaurants or dinner at friends’ houses. You’re a living doll and I wish I could meet you to thank you!

I like to outline with a darker color then fill in with a lighter color!
I prefer a little larger card like slimline or 5 x 7, but I think the card size I prefer really depends on the design itself. I love Copics, and I’m branching out into pencils and watercolors. I love CO Craft Co. images! Amazing work! TFS
These CCC stamps truly lend themselves to slimline cards. You bring these beautiful images to life with your coloring. I just treated myself to Altenew markers just decided that trying to buy Copics was just to costly. So I will watch your videos over and over for inspiration. I do love products from CCC .Thank you for sharing your never ending talent, you are so inspiring.
What a wonderful, awesome surprise to wake up to this morning! So honoured to be your lucky winner, Yana! I’ll be book-marking this post as inspiration for when the lovely stamps arrive; they’ll be wonderful companions to my growing collection of CCC products! THANK YOU so much…for the gift today and, especially, for sharing your talents and creativity with us!
