Hello crafters! Today’s video is brought to you by Colorado Craft Company – I am very excited to share their January 2021 Anita Jeram Illustrations release with all of you, show you the new stamps, show you a couple of cards I made, and host a giveaway sponsored by Colorado Craft Company
Colorado Craft Company is a newer stamp company on the market. I have shared several videos and projects with their products in 2020 and 2019 and I had an absolute blast creating with their stamps. They introduced a new line of stamps featuring illustrations of a world-famous author and illustrator, Anita Jeram, in October of last year, and those stamps became an instant hit.
I wasn’t familiar with Anita’s work, but I fell in love with her illustrations and while they aren’t typically my style, I enjoy coloring her cute critters and making greeting cards with the images she illustrated. So I eagerly looked forward to this new release and it did not disappoint!

CARD DETAILS
With Anita’s illustrations so full of character I always feel like there isn’t much needed to make a great card. I like to stamp her characters, do simple coloring, and pop my colored character panel on an A2 white card base. I might add a colored background panel, to tie together with the coloring I have going on on the panel, I might add an embossed panel, too, to add some texture, but for the most part, I feel the illustrations speak for themselves and there isn’t much I need to do to make my cards shine. You’ll notice nearly all of my cards are rather basic, but they are super fun, all thanks to Anita’s illustrations. I didn’t even add any embellishments to my cards, I did add some cute hearts to Valentine’s day cards, but that was it.

Love the Anita designs! Love the cards you made!
Your cards are beautiful. I love to watercolor
Your cards are so sweet! I enjoy watercoloring and copic coloring
Yana, your cards are beautiful. My favourite way to colour is by using my polychromos pencils and also water colouring.
My favourite way to colour is the no blend technique that I picked up from your videos. Colouring is something I’ve definitely struggled with until I saw your technique. These cards and illustrations are just beautiful
So love your examples! Beautiful coloring! I enjoy watercolors and Copics too.
I love the cards, especially the one with the clover field. Totally in love!
I forgot to mention that I enjoy watercoloring and copic coloring.
What wonderful cards! Love that popped up dimension! I would say my favorite way to color is copic coloring!
My, absolute, favorite way to color is with alcohol markers. I am smitten with these stamp sets! Thank you so much for introducing us to them.
These are so adorable Yana. Thank you for sharing.
I forgot to mention that my favorite way to color is water coloring.
Amazing cards sweetheart. My favorite way to color is using alcohol markers. It’s easy and I can make so many techniques with them.
I adore Anita Jeram illustrations & Colorado stamps! My favourite way to colour is by using my polychromo pencils & also water colouring. I’m no expert but enjoy learning. These images are fab for that, subtle or bold colour, from what I’ve seen other crafters do, they always look fantastic-as do your beautiful cards too thank you for your inspiration, Yana – it helps crafters like me, who need & enjoy seeing how these stamps can be used at their best.
Those stamps are adorable! The little animals are so sweet. Your coloring was perfect.
The images from Anita Jeram are adorable. My favorite way to color is to use alcohol markers. Thank you as always for sharing your creations.
I love the Anita Jeram illustrations especially since I read the books that they are in to my sons. I loved how you did the layering in the cards. My favourite colouring technique is layering with light to dark shading. I’m a beginner so I’m still learning and use Spectrum Noir markers.
These cards are super cute! I love them
My favorite way is watercoloring, I often use Zig markers.
Those stamps are so cute and your cards are very beautiful as always. Right now Zig Markers are my go-to coloring, but I also use ProMarkers and Polychromos – basically I just love to color.
Warm regards from Tina.
Oh I love these designs.I would say my favourite style is pencils whether by prismacolor or photochromos. They have a softness to them similar to water colour.
My favorite way to color is with Copics. Love your work, always gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
Love your cards! I love to color with my Copics but find it time consuming and intimidating. I love your coloring technique and tips! So much more practical and makes it more fun. Thank you for sharing your talent!
Hi Yana – these cards are cuteness overload! I love using Copics to colour my stamped images.
I also love Colorado Craft Company and the Anita Jeram Stamps/dies. I like coloring with Copic markers most but have used colored pencils with the Anita Jeram stamps and am learning watercolor in 2021 so I hope to give that a try on these stamp sets too! My brother loves mice (ewww, yes he does) so I am definitely getting the Valentine Ever Thine set this morning for his Valentine’s card. I can’t wait to receive them and thank you for the opportunity to win some more.
Love these cards Yana. You’re coloring is always amazing! I love my Zig markers to color with as I don’t have any Copics (yet )
Favorite way to color? **deep sigh** coloring is still a struggle but like you mentioned having examples do help. So far I feel most comfortable coloring with watercolors.
What fabulous cards…I have always loved Anita’s work. I have a collection of illustrated books by her and the images are just so heartwarming. You did a great job bringing these to life and capturing that sweetness.
I love using Pencil crayons right now- as my favourite way to colour.
Love the stamps from Anita Jeram! I use copic sketch. On watercolor paper.
I live in Sweden and I am watching your work on Youtube.

Your cards were wonderful. I like the quick coloring. Very easy to quickly color many panels for cards.
These new stamp sets are adorable, and your cards are simply wonderful! I subscribed to your blog through Feedly years ago, and already follow Colorado Craft on Instagram. My favorite way to color is with Copics, closely followed by watercolors.
The spotlight dimension is a great way to enhance these adorable Anita Jeram images. I have just started coloring with Copics and your video is very helpful. This is such a cute release!
Awesome cards! Not great a coloring , but I use copic markers.
These cards are super cute. You have interpreted the little animals so sweetly.

Thank you much for your inspirations! Your coloring technique make these images more beautiful! I will need to try your technique too I really love it! 🙂 Thanks for the opportunity! Love their stamps so much.
Oh wow, these are so so sweet, love them all! Great colouring, too! I mostly use Copic markers for colouring, but I do enjoy adding colour by ink blending, too (mostly for backgrounds, but sometimes for images, too), and every now and again I attempt some water-colouring with my Zigs or Distress Inks. Happy New Year!
I love the crisp simplicity of your cards made with Anita Jeram’s wonderful illustrations. My favorite way to color is watercolor and/or alcohol inks.
As always you come up with the coolest ways to use stamps. I would not have bought these till your video.
This was my first time watching your video. Let me say that you are amazing! Love the stamps and your talent with creating those cute images. I will be watching you now and look forward to many more videos with you.
Thank you for sharing
Your cards are amazing! I generally use pencils to colour in my stamps but I’m starting to use copics. I still have lots to learn for both!
Love love love your cards and this release! My most comfortable way to color is with Copics. I also like to play with Zigs Clean Color Brush Markers and got Karins for Christmas that I haven’t opened yet.
The new release is so adorable!!! I especially love the clover for St. Patty’s Day!!
I love your cards, especially how you colored all of the images! Perfect for the style of illustration! Copics are my go-to for coloring.

Really cute cards. These images are fun and fresh. No matter the image, Copic coloring remains my favorite
Wow, just love it all, I love to watercolour Anita’s images but generally I am a Promarkers gal. Stay safe, thank you for all your inspiration and a very crafty new year love Jane x
My favorite way to colour is with Copics. The Anita Jeram stamps are flying off the shelves in the store I work in. Your cards showcase the stamps perfectly.
Such gorgeous samples! Love your coloring and special touches. I love to watercolor but I really liked seeing these done with Copics. Thanks for sharing the colors you used.
Adorable little guys. I really like the dimensional spotlight. Will have to try that. I really like the hamsters and the corresponding sentiments. As for favorite colouring style, it depends on my mood. I do like the no blend style but sometimes I just want to blend.
All of these cards are so adorable. Love the simple coloring! I like to color with watercolor brush markers.
My favorite way to color is with Copics. Finding Copic coloring was the best, to be able to blend and shade makes me feel like an artist!
