CARD DETAILS
Lately, I’ve been enjoying coloring simple floral images (here’s a floral card I did not too long ago) so that is what I did for this card – I stamped several single flowers from the Sketched Flowers stamp set in Simon’s Intense Black ink and colored these with my Copic Markers.
I used the following marker colors for my coloring:
I cut the images out using coordinating dies and set aside as I worked on the background. To create a background for this card I dry embossed a panel of white cardstock using Reverse Hearts stencil. I cut panel to 3 3/4 x 5″ and foam mounted to the A2 Fog card base.
Next, I die cut a circle from white cardstock, stamped a sentiment that reads “So Happy You’re My Friend”, I used Versafine Onyx Black ink and foam mounted it onto my card. Next, I arranged the flowers and leaves and adhered them using glue and foam adhesive squares.
Lastly, I embellished my card using gold sequins and jewels.
