Simon Says Stamp | So Many of My Smiles Begin With You – Mountainscape Card

I love clever stamp sets. I always have so much joy creating with them. Simon’s Mountainscape background stamp is one of the newer clever stamps on the market. While it is one stamp, you can cut the stamped image apart and use just a section and customize it to your liking.

CARD DETAILS

I stamped the Mountainscape background onto white cardstock and colored it in with Copic markers. Next, I cut the sky part off, and replaced it with a light blue cardstock panel where I stamped a bold sentiment that reads “Your Are Beautiful”.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

• Stamp Mountainscape in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Simon’s 120lb cardstock.
• Color using Copic markers:
  • YG67, YG17, YG03;
  • C3, C1;
• Cut sky portion off.
• Cut Sea Glass cardstock panel to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2″. Place inside mini MISTI stamping tool, stamp “You Are Beautiful” in Versafine Onyx Black ink. Adhere panel onto A2 white top folding card base.
• Foam mount mountainscape on top.
• Die-cut sentiment from Simon’s Reverse Sunshine & Rainbows set and foam mount onto the card.
• Embellish with gems.
