Simon Says Stamp | Organic Fruits

Hello, friends! Today I have a card to share with Simon Says Stamp Organic Fruits stamp set.

CARD DETAILS

I’ve had my eye on this set for a while now. I love abstract-looking images such as these. The solid shapes in this set aren’t exactly matched to the outline shapes, allowing you to create very abstract, organic-looking images.

I stamped solid shapes in Simon’s Sunshine, Duckling, Clementine, Green Apple, and Jelly Bean inks. Next, I stamped the outlines in VersaFine Onyx Black and cut images out with coordinating dies.

To create the background I stamped the Throwing Shapes background (no longer available) in Clementine ink on white cardstock. The sentiment was stamped directly onto the background and the fruits were foam mounted on top.

I embellished the card with Spellbinders Gold Mix Gems.
