Hello, friends! Today I have another Clean & Simple handmade card idea to share featuring heat embossing and ink blending – two easy techniques. I’m also using Clear Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh (my favorite lately!) and several older stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp.

CARD DETAILS
I started making this project by Gold Glitter heat embossing Ho Ho Ho on green cardstock. I used letter “H” from the Grid Play Alpha stamp set and replaced “O” with a snowflake from the Circle Sayings Holiday set.
Next, I used beautiful snowflake images from the Frozen Fractals stamp set and heat embossed them in Gold around the edges of the card framing the “Ho Ho Ho”. To add definition I ink blended the edged with Evergreen ink keeping the center of the panel light green and edges dark.
Lastly, I use Clear Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh to take this card from simple to WOW! I first adhered jewels onto the smallest snowflakes next to the letters “H” and later decided I wanted to dress up all of the snowflake images on this card. Love the result!
