Simon Says Stamp | Holla! I Can’t Wait To Hear From You!

Hello friends! I’m back with another fun friendship card using some new goodies from Simon Says Stamp! I couldn’t resist using Hello There stamp set with the fun critters to make a quick card.

CARDS DETAILS

I started working on this card by heat embossing several branches from the Wreath Greetings stamp set to create the illusion of jungle foliage in the background. I heat embossed them in white and blended Jellybean along with Willow ink coming from the top of the panel. I kept the bottom part of my panel white.

Next, I used same inks and added more branches but by simply stamping them. I also used a dark green Copic marker and carefully colored heat embossed leaves.

I stamped, colored and cut out a cute little monkey – I used brown Copic markers and a white get pen to add some detail.

I heat embossed a sentiment onto black cardstock panel, cut it out into a rectangle and foam mounted onto my ink blended panel. I added my monkey on top, embellished with a few sequins and called this card done!
