Simon Says Stamp | Heat Embossing & Copic Markers. Take 2

Today I have a card to share I made the other day while I was playing in my craft room. I shared 2 of my favorite techniques in my previous post and wanted to give them another go using different supplies.

CARD DETAILS

The process to make this card is basically the same as described HERE. The difference is in the supplies and colors I used. I went with a beautiful floral cluster from the Beautiful Flowers 2 stamp set. I colored and heat embossed the main image but also stamped additional images in watermark ink for a tone on tone look.

I used the Hero Arts Lavender cardstock for my background and colored the flower using the following Copic markers: V12, V15, and V17.

The sentiment, Sending Thanks for Everything You Do for Me, comes from the same stamp set as does the floral cluster. It was stamped in black ink onto white cardstock and cut out using a circle die.

I foam mounted the background panel onto A2 white top folding card base and foam mounted the sentiment circle on top. I went with Gold Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh, Sugar Plum Sequin Mix from Pretty Pink Posh and Gala Sequins from Simon to embellish this card.
