CARD DETAILS
I started working on both of these cards by stamping the floral cluster in ombre ink filling in the background. I picked ombre ink instead of regular ink because I wanted to add a bit of interest to my stamping and using ombre ink is always a way to do it. I was using my stamp platform for stamping so I was able to double stamp the images.
I also stamped top layer of these in clear embossing ink and covered the impressions with Sparkle embossing powder. This is clear powder with some beautiful glitter mixed in with it. I heat set it and that added a bit of shimmer and sparkle to my card.
To create a sentiment I white heat embossed The Years Go By And The Love Grows With Each Memory We Make onto black cardstock, cut it out and foam mounted onto my card. Lastly, I embellished both of my projects with clear droplets.

What a fantastic card – – as I am discovering is your total normyes – fantastic every time! Thank you so much for sharing all your work online – – very inspiring. If you have a few moments, I would love to read about how it is that you are able to emboss white on black without a lot of extra white dots. I never have success with white embossing powder. I use an embossing buddy, I tidy up with a paintbrush, but never satisfactorily. Thank you in advance!
This batch of Hero Arts goodies is so me! I adore hearts, LOVE, cutsie, sparkly stuff…and flowers… I just Love flowers!! The only thing they’re missing is a butterfly or dragonfly then it would pass perfect into sublime!
