I couldn’t resist stamping a darling little scene featuring the Happy Snowman stamp set. I wanted to add a touch of humor to this card, so I added a bunch of snowballs and had him juggle them while singing Let It Snow (the sentiment comes from a limited edition stamp set that is available as a gift with orders over $100 in Pretty Pink Posh store).
I stamped my snowman using Simon’s Intense Black ink and added some shading using a few Copic markers. I also colored his nose and added a slight shadow to the snowballs and the shovel. To add some sparkle and create the illusion of snow I added star dust stickles to the snowballs and the snow on the shovel.
I thought about adding some accessories to my snowman, so I used red and white bakers twine and tied it around his neck to look like scarf.
The sentiment, Let It Snow, was heat embossed in Silver embossing powder onto a white snowy hill created out of white cardstock. To help white stand out better I added a light gray card base and stamped a bunch of snowflakes using white pigment ink, I also drew in some dots using white gel pen.
