New AEI♥U Challenge – Mother’s Day

There’s a new challenge at the AEI♥U blog! The theme for this week is Mother’s Day! Be sure to make a card for your Mom, I’m sure she will appreciate it! 

Here’s a card I made using lovely floral stamps from the Love Notes set. I decided to use kraft cardstock and pigment inks to create this look.

I spelled Mama instead of Mom as this is the word we use here in Ukraine. I used Spellbinders Font One – Uppercase S6-009 dies to die cut the letters and popped them using foam adhesive. Could have used this tecnhique, but letters are overlapping, so I went with the traditional foam adhesive instead.

Finally I added white enamel dots from Doodlebug as a little finishing touch.
