New AEI♥U Challenge – Gradient

There’s a new challenge at the AEI♥U blog! The theme for this week is Gradient/Ombre.

I decided to go with an ombre background for this challenge and created a striped one using pigment and chalk inks from ClearSnap. You can view my video tutorial on making striped background using inks and washi tape here.

To create the ombre look I used the following colors of ink: ocean, seaglass, mint, spa (pigment) and splash (chalk). I had a video on my blog yesterday showcasing the splash ink on a different card. Here’s a link to that.
