Hello, friends! I had an amazing time going live with Altenew on both my YouTube channel and the Altenew channel! It was such a joy crafting alongside Lydia, sharing tips, and creating a beautiful, ink-blended card using some of my favorite Altenew products.

I used the Romantic Roses Stencils + Coordinating Dies to bring this floral design to life. First, I die-cut the blank shapes from Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock, then used the coordinating stencils on my Altenew Stampwheel to apply color effortlessly.
For blending, I tried the Altenew Brushes for the first time—and I absolutely loved them! Not only do they blend beautifully, but they also have such a sleek and stylish design. The inks I used come from the Dried Petals and Frosted Foliage collections, creating a soft and elegant color palette.
Adding Texture & Sentiment
To add extra interest to my background, I embossed one of the Romantic Roses stencils – the one with the beautiful script text – onto white cardstock. This subtle texture really enhances the overall design!
For the sentiment, I used a phrase from the Butterfly Garden set (which, unfortunately, is currently sold out). I stamped it directly over the ink-blended flower, and I love the seamless, artistic look it creates!
