Hero Arts | Have A Blessed Christmas Card

Hello friends! Today I have a Holiday card to share I created for Hero Arts 2017 Winter catalog. This project uses Angels stamp set, some white heat embossing and a bit of pearlescent watercolor.

CARD DETAILS

I started working on this card by stamping the largest angel in the center of my olive green cardstock panel (this is cardstock from Simon Says Stamp, sadly it has been discontinued). Next, I stamped additional images from this set filling an entire panel in. I covered my panel with white embossing powder and heat set it.

My panel was trimmed to 4 x 5 1/4″ and foam mounted onto an A2 white card base.

Next, to add a bit of color I used pearlescent watercolors and colored parts of the images in. I used gold for the angles’ dressed and white for the clouds. I also heat embossed “Have A Blessed Christmas” sentiment in white embossing powder onto red cardstock and foam mounted that onto my card.
