Hello, friends! I’m excited to join Hero Arts and Altenew for yet another collaboration blog hop! As you know, Hero Arts is celebrating its 45 year anniversary this year bringing us many fabulous stamp designs in collaboration with other wonderful stamp companies in the industry.
This month Hero Arts partnered with Altenew for a stunning floral set complete with beautiful sentiments. As I am very much into heat embossing these days, I did a simple heat embossed card with minimal coloring and some ink blending.

CARD DETAILS
I started to work on this card by heat embossing the flower image in Brass embossing powder on Hero Arts Adriatic cardstock. Next, I used Copic markers and did simple coloring to add shadows to the petals. I used BG09, BG18, BG15. With the coloring done I went over each petal with a shimmer pen to add sparkle.
I love to darken the edges of my cards, so I used Hero Arts Navy ink and an ink blending tool and blended the edges of this panel. I also stamped “Hello Lovely” sentiment and embellished the card using gold jewels.

OMG – stunning!
The Adriatic card stock & the Copic colours you used makes me want to dive in to the card because it reminds me of how the ocean looks sometimes. This card has such depth to it with how you darkened the edges. Just gorgeous! Nice that two great companies are collaborating.
