Happy Monday, friends! I seem to be having a very productive time lately, I have lots of new cards and projects to share. Today I’d like to show you one of my favorite cards using new products from Neat & Tangled – the July 2015 Release.
Like this project? Pin it and save for later!
So here’s my card created using gorgeous Hand Stitched stamps + dies. I have to say – I just adore the little stitches on the floral images and on the sentiments, too. So creative!
I started working on this card by die cutting a circle using a Spellbinders circle die. I stamped a cross stitch border onto it using gray ink; I also added a few floral images stamped in gray onto the base panel created out of white cardstock.
I’ve stamped some more images using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them using a few colors of Copic markers, added some Wink of Stella shimmer on top for a glittery look. I adhered most of the elements down using either black foam tape or black foam squares.
I used Simon Says Stamp Fog Gray cardstock for my card base and also added a bit of black twine from Doodlebug for a nice contrasting look.
I’m sharing a video tutorial showing you how to make this card from start to finish. You can watch it below of on my Youtube channel:
Did you like this video? Please give it a thumbs up and share with friends. Thanks!
